In this modern adaptation of Aphra Behn’s Restoration classic, The Rover, The Rho wrestles with the shaky line that exists within the culture or sexual politics and the real meaning of the word “no.” Set in New Orleans at Mardi Gras, the boys of Rho Phi Rho fraternity are out to have a good time–on their own terms. But the drinking and partying affects the lives of three women who face impossible choices. “Boys will be boys.”
